To be considered for a position with ILI all applicants must:
Be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
Possess a valid Arkansas driver's license.
Have continuous access to a personal cell phone.
Have continuous access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance for that vehicle.
Pass a motor vehicle record evaluation. ILI may not employ individuals with undesirable driving records in any position that involves transporting clients. The following criteria will be used to identify undesirable driving records:
More than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the past 3 years:
More than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the past year;
One major moving violation conviction in the last 3 years
Pass a criminal history search and background check with various agencies to include but not be limited to: Arkansas State Police, FBI, Child Maltreatment Registry, and Adult Maltreatment Central Registry.
